This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Executive Assistant to join the Edwards Lifesciences team at our Draper, Utah manufacturing plant. This Executive Assistant will provide administrative support to our Site Director to support site operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and execute on projects
  • Manage schedule and calendar of management with attention to accuracy and detail, including keeping Director informed of calendar changes and change requests
  • Use all computer programs relevant to the position to support development of correspondence, presentations, such as tracking and charting metrics data, and to perform data entry and report generation in support of a department, significant organizational group, or executive level management
  • Ensure the preparation of information, documents, and logistics for assigned department, significant organizational group, or executive level management
  • Perform general administrative activities including screening and directing phone calls, filing as well as composing and typing general correspondence under limited direction
  • Schedule domestic and international travel in compliance with existing policies and procedures, to optimize use of the Director's time and schedule
  • Plan and execute meetings and events including our annual Holiday Party
  • Manage expense reports
  • Interface with external contacts and coordinate their visits to the site including setting up agendas, coordinating meeting rooms, and coordinating catering
  • Attend leadership team meetings
  • Maintain confidentiality
  • Participate on our Employee Resource Group committee
  • Other incidental duties


Basic Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or equivalent with 6 years of experience working in an Executive Assistant or Admin role Required

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Required

  • Ability to manage complex travel arrangements, in keeping with overall time commitments and in support of optimizing time management

  • Ability to manage internal and external confidential information with utmost discretion
  • Ability to work autonomously within established procedures and practices
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organization to influence and achieve objectives
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, dynamic work environment
  • Strict attention to detail
  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of Edwards policies, procedures, and administrative requirements
  • Ability to interact professionally with all organizational levels
  • Contacts are across the organization and at all organizational levels, including external contacts that may be at high levels
  • Adhere to all EHS rules and requirements and take adequate control measures in preventing injuries to themselves and others as well as to the protection of environment and prevention of pollution under their span of  influence/control
